How This Project Came to Life

A client approached me with a request to create a series of black and white line illustrations in the style of one of my earlier works. The main goal was to reflect ethnic and age diversity, focusing on women and children, while maintaining a clean and minimalist line-art aesthetic.

The final collection features unique characters with distinct appearances and expressive personalities, including women of different ethnic backgrounds — Black, Asian, White, and plus-size figures — as well as diverse children. The illustrations are intended for use on a website and in future creative materials, with plans to expand the series into a larger composition featuring decorative elements.

This project is a clear example of how my illustrations help build a strong and memorable visual identity.
